You can report and block from any profile and from inside any chat. Blocking takes effect straight away: the person leaves your deck and your inbox, and cannot reach you again.
If you would rather not do it in the app, email us with the person's name as it appears on their profile and roughly when you saw them. We will find the account. You do not need a screenshot, though it helps.
You can do this yourself, and it is not buried:
That removes your profile, your photos and your messages. You do not have to email anyone to be allowed to leave. If you cannot reach the setting — you are locked out, or the app will not open — email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
Create a profile, say what you are looking for, and add a few photos and interests. Your intent sits next to your name on your card, so people know before they message you.
It means the profile has been through photo verification — the person on the card is the person you would meet. You can verify your own profile from Settings.
Usually distance. Widen your search radius in Settings, or switch the deck from For you to Nearby or New here. Flame is newer in some cities than others, and there is no way around that except time.
When you both like each other you can message. Flame surfaces what the two of you already share — a track, an interest, a star sign — so the first message does not have to be "hey".
Nothing. Flame is free to download and free to use — likes, matches and chat included. There is no subscription and no paid tier. If that ever changes we will say so here before it does, not after.
Edit Profile, then tap the photo. You can add or remove any photo at any time, from your own profile, without asking anyone.
Seventeen, including English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Russian, Hindi, Thai, Vietnamese, Turkish and Indonesian. You can change it in Settings, and translation is built into chat.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then email us.
Adults only. You must be 18 or over. Flame will not accept a date of birth under 18 at signup, and there is no way to set one later.
